"We had a wonderful time at L’Alpage recently. It is such a beautiful cottage, in a very peaceful location… exactly what we needed for a relaxing family getaway.
The accommodation itself was excellent, with the well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities a big plus. A lovely stove and lots of wood meant we stayed warm every night.
Our host was very helpful, sending lots of communication beforehand, and being available to questions from us during our stay too,
All in all, we had a fantastic...

"L appartement est spacieux et bien oriente. Il est proche du lac et des restos a pied.
La chambre n est pas tres propre, pasnmal de poussiere et fuite d eau. Le petit dej est raisonnable pour le prix, pas beaucoup de salé. Le personnel est tres sympa"

"Chambre très spacieuse et propre. Bien équipée. Hotel situé idéalement dans le centre d’Aix-les-Bains.
Seuls bémols l’odeur de tabac dans la chambre malgré un étage non-fumeur et le verrou de la salle de bain qui se bloque."

"No Ac I didn’t read all listing but for s motel which it is . It isn’t a hotel AC should be available. We had to sleeps both windows open with one that did open at the top, Meaning we had to sleeps both windows as it was very hot with a window all open. Anyone could have come in the room not very safe for my children and I."

"Reception staff ask for deposit 400€ and promises send straight back when we move out. But when i give back keys, guy who check challet say all is good and clean, nothing to broken etc. He say - reception madam today are off but i see you paid deposit and all papers are there. Tommorow she come to work, and see papers, and send back your deposit.
We are back already 3 days and we dzīvē till home 22 hr, i try to contact - send message- ask about deposit... but still noone not answer and i not...
