Nous avons passé un séjour absolument extraordinaire dans ce gîte. L’accueil a été irréprochable, marqué par une grande gentillesse et une attention de chaque instant. Bucolique, charmant et d'un rapport qualité prix e

Il est rare que j'écrive des revues. Je fais une exception pour le Mas de la Soie car cet endroit mérite qu'on s'y attarde. Niché au milieu des vignes, ce mas est une ancienne magnanerie (élevage de vers à soie). Une superbe demeure avec un charmant patio et des alcoves de détente dans le jardin attenant. La piscine est magnifique et c'est une vraie piscine de très belle taille. Nous avons logé 2 nuits dans la chambre Les Vignes avec lit double. Tres belle chambre spacieuse (attention toutefois à la poutre du milieu qui est un peu basse mais cela ne nous a pas genes). L'accueil est formidable et la propriétaire a été d'une très grande gentillesse. Le check out est a 10h00 mais elle a accepté que nous la quittions vers midi car nous voulions faire un saut dans la piscine avant de partir. Mieux encore, nous sommes allés courir 15 kms et à notre retour, Gaelle a très gentiment accepté que nous nous rafraîchissions dans la piscine en cette journée de forte chaleur. Elle n'était pas obligée de le faire et c'est là le signe d'une hospitalité authentique et généreuse. Compte tenu de la beauté de l'endroit, des prestations (pdj inclus avec confiture faite maison et pain frais), des infrastructures (piscine et alcoves de détente), de l'environnement, de la grandeur de la chambre et de l'accueil enchanteur, je dirais que le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement exceptionnel (nous avons payé 178 euros) et l'un des tout meilleurs dans la région (si ce n'est le meilleur).

Great potential

This place has huge potential to be amazing but there are some things that are not there yet. It is a beautiful, traditional building with a pool and outdoor bbq to use which are both brilliant. You need a car because it isn’t close to things but it is located in beautiful vineyards, close to lovely, small, French towns to explore. The host was a little unfriendly when we arrived and kept her distance, but that does mean it feels like you have the place to yourself. There are only 5 other rooms so nothing ever feels overcrowded. We stayed in the apartment but it is actually a house and you have your own outdoor space. They do have 3 dogs that run up to you fast and barking which is slightly overputting, even as a dog person and there are lots of cats. Overall, great potential, we enjoyed it but some things need improving.

Le mas de soie est très agréable et c est un endroit très reposant et aussi bien situé pour se balader et voir des sites intéressants.c est un bed and breakfast mais le mas dispose d une cuisine extérieure où l on se préparer des repas sans être obligé de manger au restaurant tous les jours.
