"First of all, i want to state that I did not actually get to stay at the hotel for the night. I originally stopped by around 1:00 PM to see if I could check in early. The room was not available at that time, so I went to my scheduled meeting in Point Pleasant, WV. While was at my meeting I received a phone which was a family emergency. Knowing that it was too late to cancel my reservation, I returned to the motel just to ask if I could go ahead and cancel for the night since I hadn't checkin yet and not be charged for the night. Since I booked thru Hotels.com they actually allowed me to cancel the room for the night without any charges, even though I was willing to pay a cancellation fee it being so late. The front desk lady was very helpful and understanding of the situation. This is why everyone should support small businesses. Thank you Four Seasons Staff."

"My daughter & I stayed here for one night en route to another destination. The hotel was good enough for that one night. The best part of the room was the very comfortable beds and soft sheets. Made for a great sleep after an 8+ hour drive!"
