"From the four hotels we stayed during our short trip to NZ, this provided us by far with the best experience. Proximity to the Mt Hutt ski area was key, but the best part was the attention and assistance provided numerous times for different reasons - nothing was too much trouble. Staff was always smiling, pleasant, and ready to assist wherever possible - so helpful especially when travelling with children.
