"The check-in process for this apartment was more complicated than for a standard hotel room (this was the first time we booked an apartment through Expedia as opposed to a regular hotel room). The person at the lobby 'front desk' was not helpful at all and was obviously there to assist actual apartment residents, rather than temporary guests such as us. "Property is dirty. Everything is outdated. We are 2 people staying for 6 nights but bathroom supplies were very poor with only 2 towels and one small roll of toilet paper, no extra trash bags. Got very slow response from host when asking for more towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Location is very far from central. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Not worth it for the money. "

"Communication before checking in was dismal. Lucky for me, I have a brother who lives in the area and was able to communicate with the host on my behalf to facilitate the checking process; otherwise, it would be very much impossible as there was no front desk check in service. Once we checked in, we didn’t even know that we were supposed to sign in with fingerprint service to access the property. We had to ask grumpy security guard to let us in. "Overall, it was a good stay. Most annoying part is the resident card they give you will not allow you to access the building itself, have to wait for a resident or staff to open it. The front desk staff at Vinhomes are a separate entity from the building you’re staying at so they won’t open the door for you which is annoying "

"Nice place. Overall comfortable and quiet. Good location. It was a little difficult getting into the elevators at times if a guard was not present. It is secure though. Elevators were very fast and quiet. There was some mold behind the bathroom sink on the caulking. Needs to be treated. I'll go for a larger place with a better view next time. "I stayed in the apartment with 2 bedrooms. The first time was in L6 and the second time in LP. None of them look like the pictures in the listing. The shower stalk at both places really needs deep cleaning as I see mold at every corner. The floor of the entire apartment also needs to be swept and mopped. Overall I like that these apartments are spacious when you have big luggage’s with you. And it’s close to Landmark 81 where there’s lots of restaurants that you don’t have to go anywhere...
