"It was not a pleasant experience, from the moment of check in until check out. The check in process was very confusing, and I was charged entrance fee. I needed to pay buggy car, also needed to pay for the bottle water in the villa, there was this lady whose role is not clear to me asked me to pay cash. All these were not communicated when I made the booking. Basically the property is a private one, not related to the hotel. You can't expect a normal hotel experiece, need to figure out how...

Noi Bai Horizon Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The staff were respectful, pleasant and always willing to help! The room was spacious and neat & tidy! Breakfast was simple but nice! Airport shuttle was good"

Anna Noi Bai Airport Hotel & Travel

10/10 Excellent

"The owners were so nice and helpful. We had to leave early in the morning and they made sure we had a breakfast at 6:30am. It came from the place next door and we ate there the night before too. They were so nice to also take us to the airport at no additional cost. If I'm in Hanoi again, I would definitely stay there before I fly out the next day."

HAAP Transit Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful Hospitality Near Hanoi Airport! We stayed at HAAP Transit Hotel for one night before our flight from Hanoi, and what really made our stay special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the young lady at reception rushed to open the lobby door and help us with our luggage. She spoke English, answered all our questions, and made check-in quick and easy. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a short overnight stay. The next morning, the lovely Vietnamese ladies serving breakfast welcomed us with big smiles and immediately asked what we would like to eat. We ordered tea, coffee, toast, and fried eggs, and they happily prepared everything fresh for us. After breakfast, the same friendly receptionist drove us to the airport using the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service. The ride took only about seven minutes! We also walked around the neighborhood in the evening and felt comfortable and safe. What stood out most was the genuine warmth of the people working here. Their kindness made us feel welcome from beginning to end. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of us! Highly recommended for travelers looking for a convenient and friendly overnight stay near Hanoi Airport. 🇻🇳❤️"

Success Airport Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"

Dragon Airport Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel was perfect for my one-night stay in Hanoi. The staff was very helpful in helping to arrange my shuttle ride from the Noi Bai International Airport to the Dragon Airport Hotel. the driver was friendly and professional, and the ride was short to the hotel, which was a nice treat following a long flight. The attendants on site upon arrival to the hotel were helpful: one met me at the shuttle car and carried my luggage for me up the stairs and up to my hotel room after check-in. The room had an air conditioner and a fan, which were both helpful in keeping the room nice and cool. Bottled water was provided in the room and clean towels and an overall lovely vibe. The staff also arranged a shuttle ride for me to the airport the following morning, and the attendants once again helped me carry my luggage down the stairs and to the shuttle car. The location is convenient to shops and food. The room was nice and quiet and had thick curtains which kept the room nice and dark for great sleep throughout the night. I am thankful for such a wonderful experience and blessing to have such an affordable stay for my first night in Vietnam."
