Not all rooms have a standing shower - some have smallish clawfoot tubs. This was a safety concern for my elderly parents, but fortunately the staff was able to put them into a shower room instead. "Ms. Phan Anh (Phem) provided AMAZING customer service! She was professional, courteous and very pleasant to interact with. She went above & beyond her call of duties to make sure we are comfortable and addressed our little booking issue that we encountered, which was not her fault at all. When booked on Expedia, we reserved a suite room with a king bed, sleep 3 but when we checked in at the hotel they said it was only for 2 people and therefore charged for the 3rd person. "The hospitality was on another level. They went above and beyond to please us. Christmas is not a big holiday in Vietnam, but they put together a beautiful dinner with live traditional Vietnamese music, sparkly tablecloths, and Christmas decorations. I would love to return. "
