I’ve used your platform expecting consistency and customer-first service, but this situation has done the opposite. I’m not asking for anything excessive—just a reasonable adjustment or credit that reflects the current rate difference. Situations like this make customers reconsider using the platform in the future. I would strongly urge you to review this policy, as it negatively impacts customer trust and overall experience."
