I’m writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay. Before booking 3 rooms, I called to confirm that the pool was heated, as we were traveling with two young children. I was assured that it was—but in reality, the water was freezing. My 4-year-old couldn’t even stay in the pool for a few minutes. One of the main reasons I chose your hotel was so the kids could enjoy some fun in the water. Instead, we ended up just watching TV in the room.
Additionally, the breakfast was lacking—there were no fruits available except oranges, and no yogurts either.
As a Hilton Honors member, I expected a better experience. This stay fell short of the standards I’ve come to associate with Hilton.
