"Super cute little house and rooms! The city is in walking distance but there are great restaurants just around the corner. English is almost impossible but the lady at the reception is so lovely and friendly that is almost doesn't matter ;) we still got everything we wanted or needed. Our room didn't have block out curtains they let all the light through. If you bring a mask and earplugs you'll be absolutely fine "

"호텔 위치도 좋고 객실도 깨끗함. 다만 가까운곳에 24시간 운영하는 마트같은건 하나도없어. 뭐사려면 공항을 가라고하던데, 막상새벽시간에 공항을가보면 공항에도 기대이하의 물품만판매해.(일상에 필요한 물건들은 전혀 살수가없음) 그리고 체크인은 너무오래걸리고(나를 체크인해준 직원은 남자직원이었는데, 도무지 서비스마인드라곤 하나도 찾아보기힘들었음. 밤시간대에 손님들이 많아서 많이기다렸는데 인사는커녕 손님들 체크인하는내내 한숨쉬고, 얼굴에 불편한표정만 잔뜩.. 교육이 절실히 필요해. 아니 교육보다는 그런직원은 해고해야함. 별 1점주기도 아까움)"

"The view from our room was amazing, loved it. This is a very busy hotel and a crowded, noisy entrance/reception. Being a high rise with 6 or so elevators they can be crowded and take a while with a lot of stops. There is a sailing club across the road on the beach that plays very loud music late into the night/morning which affected us as we were at the beachfront side of the hotel. The staff were great and when we talked to reception about the sailing club noise, they did give us an option to move rooms. There were not many Australians that we noticed at this hotel. The buffet breakfast was very good, lots of variety, although level 4 dining room was small and we only got a seat there once due to crowding and that was early, so we went to level 5 which was bigger. We loved the location of the hotel, right across from the beach but it was disappointing with the lack of beach beds and umbrellas the hotel has in relation to the amount of customers. The staff working at the beach were always helpful as were the room cleaning staff. Room was a good size, comfortable bed with a decent bathroom. Shops and restaurants all around."

"The resort is lovely, beachfront is clean and relaxing and so beautiful. The breakfast buffet has lots of variety. I didn’t get a chance to use the tennis courts or other amenities yet though. They even leave some fresh fruits in your room. One thing I wish I didn’t have to keep calling for ability to control the temperature in my room."

She took wonderful care of my family throughout our stay and made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. Her attention to detail and warm personality made a big difference and created a memorable experience for us. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Everything was well maintained, and the resort provided the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time with family. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making our stay so enjoyable. "Upon arrival, staff were very attentive, friendly and gave us a full run down on the resort and activities. The farm was a lovely touch for families and very well maintained and clean. Our daughter loved visiting the animals and feeding them. Rooms were more than decent in size, spacious, clean and had a nespresso machine. Fruits were complimentary and plenty of water was provided to keep us hydrated. Amenities were well thought out. The beach and pools were well kept, clean and again staff kept us hydrated on the beach and swimming pool. Complimentary massages/facials and yoga sessions were amazing - Views at the Fresh restaurant was calming and beautiful, food was good, breakfast had a good variety. Airport transfer was efficient and comfortable. We will be back!"
