"Beautiful villas and facilities. We had 3 bedrooms villas with pool which was great. The AC is great, it keeps the villa nice and cool at all times. Bed is comfy which is a bonus. From the moment we checked in and checked out, the service was wonderful. Access to Vinwonders is easy via shuttle bus. The only feedback would be perhaps get the staff more trained regarding directing passenger boarding on the transport vehicles. "I booked a villa with private pool on the beachfront, I got a studio on the 11th floor. I booked at Vinpearl Nha Trang Bay Villas and ended up at Vinpearl Nha Trang Bay Villas & Resort and in the highrise resort part. Not sure if I've been "ripped" by Expedia or by Vinpearl. All info from Expedia shows that I was in a ground level room/villa of a facility that was only 1 level. So, so disappointed.
