"Nice enough rooms. Basic but fine. Good location. Dont expect a view unless you book a room with a balcony. The thing that makes this such a good hotel is Marc on reception. He was outstanding in his manner and helpfulness. Really helpful suggesting places to visit or eat, and helped arrange our onward travel. "

"Stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days and the place was fantastic! The concept of the resort is fresh and is unlike any other place you will come across in India. A beautiful place, exciting in terms of accommodation and amenities and kudos to the warm and courteous staff, especially Mr. Umapathy. The highlight of the trip for me was the beach! "The room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond expectations! The dining hall food was delicious and very generous. The manager was extra helpful with showing me where to exchange currency and buying a converter plug for my American phone and computer. I will be staying here agin! "Very good, modern hotel, great location not far from the Paradise beach. This hotel is new, and although happy with the stay, the hotel needs to improve on the following: 1. No toilet paper was available. 2. No wifi. The hotel wifi did not work and the back up mobile data dongle did not work. 3. Only some of the room electric plugs worked. 4. Uber is sporadic here, drivers reluctant to accept trip 30 minutes from town. The hotel was unable to provide details of other local transport. Next...

"We are a family couple from chennai booked hotel at last minute. We have experience lot of hotel in pondicherry but want to experince a new hotel so first tkme booked with expedia and got offers too. Its inside pondicherry but from the main city 7km and close to paradise beach and pondy ocean park. "The property is family friendly, there is beach access - you have to walk to the beach, not too far. We enjoyed the pool. Currently they have one restaurant at the propery - it was convenient and good India food. People are friendly and good service. We had a good time at this place. "

"Lovely small hotel on the ocean. Try and get a front room with a balcony and ocean view. It does have a lot of steps to climb to the reception in the rooms. All areas were spotlessly clean and the hotel was very quiet. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
