"Lovely hotel. Perfect location and the staff were really friendly and helpful. A short walk to most sights in the old town. The whole hotel was clean and comfortable. Lovely garden with seating. The pool was very small but we enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely time."

"We were given a handicap room instead of normal room (we are not handicap). The towels were too thin and there were not hand towels except the last day. Also the breakfast was not of the highest of standards. There is much to say about this hotel that is good. Excellent location, modern and clean. Helpful staff. My guess is that most guest don't run into the problems we did."

"Hotel Pacai is truly one of my favorite hotels in the world. I come to Lithuania often to visit family, but I always make sure to spend at least one night in Vilnius just so I can stay here. Every room is unique, and I love exploring all of the beautiful spaces throughout the hotel. Pacai really feels like a home away from home for me, and I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone visiting Vilnius."
