"The staff were welcoming and helpful. I had my own room, which was perfectly comfortable and quiet. The place is essentially a hostel and campground (in an urban setting). The yard was lively on the weekend evenings as there is an outdoor bar and BBQ service that locals also use. They serve pastries (small charge) and free coffee in the morning. The location is reasonably convenient, walkable to the old town sights. All-in-all a pleasant place to stay."

"The rooms do not have AC which is understandable. But, of the four windows, only one opens a slight crack, restricting any breeze or air circulation. Especially after a shower the room becomes a hot box on warm days. The place is one opening window away fe being a good stay. As it was we were sweltering and had to request a fan which was provided. Luckily another guest was very helpful, letting us in to the lobby and giving me a phone number.
