"Winter stay in the room facing the canal. The Junior suite selection with breakfast Pros: classic venetian feel, great vibe. Large room, Super clean & comfy Our view was awesome; sunset, canal, tiny church. It’s near 2 vaporetto stations (accademia & zattere) Breakfast was filling Staffs were helpful Elevator availble Heater functional Relatively safe !!!complimentary drinks included!!! (Fizzy drinks, beers, juices, nespresso, mineral water). Cons Tiny bit difficult to find Breakfast menu...

"It is small place small elevator but next to gondola stop surrounded by restaurants and businesses. I am still at a loss getting to boat stop and train stop to and fro the hotel. There are Filipinos in the reception, kitchen and room this is why I like the place."

"Love this small hotel, listening to piano from next door music school on walk from hotel every morning Rooms lovely, bed comfortable, breakfast ok, Great base for all areas to walk easily w some lovely restaurants nearby Our 2nd stay and we will be back on future visits to Venice "

"I liked it because it was a quiet area away from the crowds. You could take a traghetto to san.marco side or walk for an extra 10 minutes and cross at a bridge. It was definitely less crazy and less touristy. The stores nearby also sold more artisan items and not touristy items, perhaps its because of its proximity to the Guggenheim museum. The room was nice and on theme, washroom was modern and clean. There was ac! Although I would've like some instructions on how to ventilate the room better. "

"The hotel is close to the train station, next to the water, and walkable distance to all major sightseeing places. The room is specious and clean. There is a bar restaurant next door so not that quiet but still acceptable. "
