"The hotel is conveniently located about 7 minutes from CDG Airport, which was a plus. However, there is very little to explore in the surrounding area besides a shopping mall where most items are overpriced. The room was very small, and the bathroom offered little privacy. There was no hair dryer available. We stayed for 12 days and were informed that housekeeping service was only provided every 5 days, which was disappointing for a longer stay. "The hotel was great but with our early flight the shuttle did not work (which was one of the reasons we stayed here). The free breakfast was nice- but it was very far from the city and a very expensive uber right in (and confusing train route). We would have stayed in the city center despite our early flight to have one expensive uber rather than five. Staff was nice, room was clean- but we needed a couple extra towels and they wanted to charge for those."

"The airport shuttle was hard to find, the direction was not clear on which gate. The room was pretty clean. The restaurant staffs were great. However, the front desk/ supervisor staff was caught in the act on stealing our money by entering our room even though do not disturb sign was on the door. Be aware that this is not the first time it happened. Upon reading other reviews, other people had the same experience. Do not stay in this hotel!"

"Location is 5/10 minute walk to RER station. Allocated a second floor room which was quiet. Clean, efficient space, for the price it’s good value for a place to sleep. 12 minutes by RER to Disney"

"This place was not clean at all. There was a cockroach in my room, where I was staying with my friends, and it was not clean at all. There was also no staff to check in, and it was in the other building, which had a nicer, better vibe. But I had to print my own card and check myself in. The only good part about this stay was that the other hotel's staff member was so sweet. I asked him to call us a cab, and he did. When we came back from our visit, he ensured that our cab had in fact arrived....

"for the price and closeness to the airport, it is a good deal. The only issue is the shuttle bus of the hotel, does not drop you at the terminal you wish. The bus only have one location to drop in CDG such a huge airport, then you have to used airport free shuttle to find your terminal. Uber or Tax from this location to CDG is around 15 Euros, an extra cost you have to consider. From city center to this location with little walk, you can ride bus 9517 or 350 which cost you only 2.05 Euros."

"The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn in Lima and the customer service at the front was polar opposite than what Margary had to offer. Seriously, if you hate your job so much but still need the job, the least the hotel management could do is...

"This hotel is conveniently located for a sleep between flights, but that’s really all it has going for it. The smell in the bathroom was wretched. Seemed like a water pipe issue or something. If we’d been there for anything other than immediate sleep and then an early flight, I would have left and stayed elsewhere. Better than sleeping in seats in the airport.
