"Cabin was fantastic. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the entire place was well equipped for a comfortable stay. Excellent location with private access to the lake. Hosts were hospitable, friendly and helpful. Wifi dropped out a bit but when you’re away in a place like this, who cares!?"

"The cabins are located far from Pucon. No food was offered. There was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I would not recommend this property. Also, they asked for 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 once we arrived. After what we went through, I would not have paid them for the second 1/2."

"Muy mala experiencia, teniendo confirmacion y reserva por mail de hotels.com , al llegar a pucon, llame para informar que llegaria mas tarde de lo informado y me dicen del hotel que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajan con hotels.com. llame para que me solucionaran el problema, hable mas de 10 veces y aprox 4 horas con hotels.com y no tuve solucion. Quede con mi familia en pucon abandonado sin posibilidad de ir a otro hotel o cabaña ya que estaba todo full. Tuvimos que dormir la prinera...

"Viajamos em família de 4 pessoas. Ficamos em uma cabana confortável, de bom espaço. Estava bem limpa. Fomos bem recebidos pela proprietária. Achamos que a calefação poderia ser um pouco melhor. A cama, todavia, tinha aquecimento e durante o sono não sentimos frio, apesar de a temperatura estar próxima de zero. Como estávamos em baixa temporada, não havia café da manhã disponível, mas havia restaurantes próximos para nos atenderem. A cabana fica entre Pucón e VillaRica e é de fácil acesso."

"The manager was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Also greeted by beautiful Siamese cat. The unit also had a nice small kitchen. Only there for a night, but would think it would be a nice place to stay for a longer period at a reasonable price. Unrelated to the quality of the accommodations, the horse flies at the park trails really made the hiking experience less than stellar. "
