"The room was Amazing we were 4 people and it was spacious and very comfortable. Communication was prompt. Location a short (5 minutes)walk to the Main Street and you can explore. Parking was a 5 minute walk to the hotel as there is public parking underground (for a fee ) or public parking "

"This is a pretty, well-located, well set-up property close to the tourist areas and to restaurants and bars. The room was thoughtfully prepared and the beds were comfortable. The windows and balconies are very nice and the rooftop patio is great. There are lots of well-located electrical outlets. "False advertising. In the winter, there is no hot tub. There is no Terrace open. Rooms have a strange smell. Owner refused to refund us but we left early after so many issues and got a partial refund. Don’t come in the winter. "

"Our room was overlooking the park and it was beautiful. The location is superb. The check-in process was slightly funky due to having to locate the main hotel when we were staying in a suite in a different building, but it was not a big issue. Room was comfortable but be warned that the espresso maker in the room must be turned off after your cup is poured. Delicious coffee though. If you want to see the Alcazar book in advance! Beware the audio tours of the Cathedral for being overpriced....
