"事前に問い合わせたメールでは、プールの利用は１６歳以上とのことだったが、行ってみたら、小さな子どもたちが泳いでいた。 チェックインの時、私の対応をしていた年配男性スタッフが、スパニッシュのお客さんの横入りを許した。 とても阻害された気分だった。 ベッドは他のホテルのダブルより狭い印象を受けた。"
