"From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "

The facilities were also fantastic The pool - which has a great balance of shaded and full sunshine sun beds- was a godsend when it got hot! All in all the perfect place to stay in Seville."

"The rooms at this hotel are amazing, very clean, love the bathroom which has a separate shower and toilet, staff are very helpful and very nice. The breakfast buffet has alot to chose from. The hotel has an amazing roof top pool and rooftop bar and restaurant. The hotel location is perfect and is walking distance to restaurant and attractions. We really enjoyed our stay."

"A really lovely option to a larger hotel. My one suggestion is to remove all the big potted ferns from around the marble fountain on the main courtyard where breakfast is served. The plants detract from the look of the entire space. They aren’t healthy looking either. Still better rid the room of the excess clutter and jungle like look, and expose the gorgeous marble fountain."

"Lower rooms are very humid so I asked for a room further up. They had one available the next day on the last floor up. It had a slanted roof and slightly dimmer lighting but those were the only real issues I would point out. The window made up for it as I could actually open it to air out the place if necessary. I would recommend a higher budget to stay at this hotel, so as to enjoy one of the better suites, but the truth is that you’ll be spending very little time indoors. There are some rooms...

"Hôtel de grande classe situé à quelques minutes de la cathédrale et de l’Alcazar. La chambre etait très agréable, la literie incomparable. Accueil parfait en rapport avec le standing de l’hôtel. Rooftop très agréable. Attention toutefois : devanture très discrète (ne pas s’attendre à une facade de palace ! Heureusement j’avais le numéro de téléphone sous la main et le personnel de l’hôtel m’a guidé)) . Pas de parking sur place , il faut laisser la voiture à un voiturier (coût assez élevé 60 €...
