"Room was adequate -- clean and nothing broken. Motion activated bathroom light was super annoying in the middle of the night. Even after turning it off manually it would retrigger before the person in the room had left. This would be blinding at night and disruptive to the person outside the bathroom as well. Other than that, the place is effectively a re-branded Hampton Inn. Pretty expensive for what it is, but you're paying for proximity to Resorts."

"I cannot believe I spent $2,500 per night to be stressed out of my mind with fire alarms going off with my two dogs and my 5 mont old baby, rush out of the room and told that the fire alarm is over, only to head back and have fire alarms go off intermittently again for over an hour. I literally had to grab my dogs and my baby and go in and out of my room at least 5 times. I understand that fire alarms happen, but I was assured many times that it would not be going off again and so we would head back in only for it to go off again in the middle of a diaper change, etc. It was so loud my ears are still ringing. I was on the fence about booking at a lux Airbnb vs this resort but this has sealed the deal for me for future Tahoe stays. "

"First of all the lighting in this two bedroom condo was terrible. You can't see anything in the kitchen. It's extremely dark. Next, the fireplace didn't work And the door leading out of the condo in the back would not lock In the master bathroom, the exhaust fan was so loud and squeaky that it sounded like it was about to explode The floor in the master bedroom on my side was wet from what looked like the shower from the other bathroom leaking into an under the floors so that every time I got up, I was stepping on water I would never wanna stay in this condo again"
