Hace falta renovar alfombras.

La estadía fue buena. El hotel es bueno y sus instalaciones están bien conservadas con excepción de las alfombras de las habitaciones. En la que me asignaron, estaban manchadas y desgastadas. Inapropiado para un hotel que quiere ser de 4 estrellas.

Most of the hotel amenities are fine, the big draw is the restaurant, extremely limited food options and the service is extremely slow. I have stayed several times at this hotel for business travel and the average time is no less than 1 hour and 30 minutes even for a “tostado” (ham & cheese sandwich).

ok Hotel but very bad gym

Stayed Here for two weeks on business, room ok but if you like it quite stay at the back of the hotel the square is very busy and loud at night, my only complaint is the gym is shocking, all 3 machines were broken the belt slips on running machine and no weights.

No hay nada mejor en Villa Mercedes

el hotel cubrió mis espectativas. Como extra habría pedido flexibilidad en el check out, para poder seguir utilizando la pileta durante la tarde como otros hoteles hacen, pero no tienen esa modalidad, tampoco es algo criticable, sino que habría sido un lindo extra para hacerlo más que perfecto.

Nos parece un lindo hotel, pero falta personal.

Es la segunda vez que estamos en el hotel, nos gusta, pero la atención de los empleados deja bastante que desear. No se molestan en ayudarte con las maletas, están detras del mostrador y ni se mueven. El sabado 30 de Julio ingresamos a las 23 horas, cansados de viajar 11 horas, sinceramente me parece una falta de respeto al viajero, no ayudar con las maletas. La habitacion espectacular.

La gente del hotel está preparada para recibir al turista. Nos asignaron una habitación matrimonial, alfonbrada, con una cama king muy cómoda y un baño en suit hermoso y muy limpio.
