"The staff was amazingly helpful! So kind. I took my daughter here for her 21st bday and she loved it. It’s very laid back not too wild of a party atmosphere but it was really good. The food was great. We had a blast. Lifeguard made me daughter feels safe and actually provided a life jacket to reassure her safety. Hotel manager made sure to get room decorated for her bday. Everything was on point. Thank you hm alma!"

The property is stunning, elegant, and very well maintained, with wonderful service, gorgeous surroundings, and a peaceful yet luxurious atmosphere. It is a perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and spend quality time with family. The only suggestion I would make is to include more vegetarian meal options in the restaurants, especially dishes with plant-based protein. That would make the dining experience even more inclusive and complete. Overall, a wonderful stay and a place I would happily recommend."

"My wife and I stayed at the resort for four nights in July to celebrate her birthday and our anniversary. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt it was an excellent value. We were able to access the hotel's app about a week before our arrival. I initially had some trouble logging in, but customer service was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend downloading the app and making restaurant reservations as soon as they become available, as the à la carte restaurants fill up quickly. The only restaurant we were unable to try was the Rodizio, as we didn't realize it was only open on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Every other à la carte restaurant we visited was excellent, with great food and outstanding service. The staff throughout the resort were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The beach area was beautiful, although we were unable to swim due to a large number of jellyfish in the water during our stay. We spent most of our days at the party pool, which had a fun atmosphere and offered plenty of entertainment throughout the day. While the resort had a few minor cosmetic imperfections, they did not change our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt it offered excellent value for the price, and would definitely recommend it to others.."

"Lo único que no nos gustó fueron las excursiones , creo que No estaban a la altura del hotel siento que el hotel todo perfecto y organizado , pero en las excursiones muchas cosas te dicen que no son , por ejemplo en la isla Saona el personal de masaje son similares a los vendedores de la India hasta que no te venden el Servicio no te dejan trankilo y se ponen bravos , la comida en la isla que va incluida en el pago de la excursión es malísima y no hay variedad y , en fin la isla muy bonita pero está muy sucia , para ser una reserva natural y en los buguis las motos están en mal estado y mucha descordinacion en el supuesto recorrido en fin si quieres disfrutar busca otras agencias con las que reservar tus excursiones o mejor te quedas en el hotel creo que la pasas mejor y no pierdes tanto tiempo y puedes disfrutar más tus vacaciones , el personal del hotel 10/10 amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar"
