"The Hotel was excellent, very clean and the entire staff was extraordinary nice and helpful. Breakfast was above my expectations. I can't say enough about this hotel. Definitely I will be coming back without any doubt. Only I will suggest for next time the shuttle bus bring/pick up us to downtown of Sorrento instead of leaving us at the train station. especially when you go for the first time and you don't have any clue how and where to go."

"Beautiful hotel with very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Nice view overlooking the lemon trees and beautiful distance views. Beautiful 1 mile walk to main area in town. Taxi ride to dock for boats to Capri and Ischa. Rooftop dry martini bar was spectacular and if it’s raining or too cool the dry martini bar first floor is beautiful. Pool area very nice with service. I gave this 4 stars ONLY because we asked for a coffe just to go as we missed breakfast by a few minutes. Reception went into ask whomever was in charge and they said no. Seemed like too simple of a request to not be honored and did not match any of accommodating staff we had dealt with . Sometimes it’s the little things that give the biggest impression"

"We just had a fantastic three night stay here. On arrival, the reception team were very welcoming; they sat us down to check in and offered us a drink while they explained the amenities, etc. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, supplied with everything we could need. The hotel facilities were great; lovely pool area, restaurants and bars, especially the rooftop Vista Sky Bar (beautiful sunset views). Breakfast was good, lot of options from buffet and menu. We also enjoyed a delicious evening meal at the Vesuvius restaurant. A complementary shuttle bus took us to and from Sorrento (driver pleasant and friendly). We would highly recommend this hotel, due in large part to the helpful and friendly staff - exceptional! We will definitely stay again."
