The AC was broken and when I called, they told me there were no ACs in the apartment even though we could see the units installed, and we should just open the windows. This was obviously inconvenient being that we were in the town center so it got very noisy at night and the streets often smelled like sewage. "Everything was solid besides the staff.. booked for 10 nights and would walk into the hotel with staff chasing me down to the communal bathroom to ask what I was doing here… they all knew me and knew exactly what I was doing there. Happened multiple times specifically the woman at the reception. Otherwise solid hotel if you want to come to Pisa and have good access to the train station (right across from hotel front entrance)"
