An excellent location with easy access to the main walking strip and a quick walk to the beach. Only issue was it can be a little loud at night due to the lively atmosphere around the marina on weekends. Check in was a little complex if you are arriving after-hours but was offset by very helpful staff.

Great Location!

Fantastic location. Ideal for restaurants, the beach and the marina. Apartment decor was good and it was clean and well equipped. Loved the south facing balcony!

Marina Plaza is the best location in Vilamoura. We had an out of hours check in and the communication was 1st class.

The apartment was dreadful. No aircon and of very poor standard. BUT once I complained (bitterly) I was moved (by the agent Garvetur) to a very nice apartment. Otherwise I would have come home.

Ótima localização.

Equipe muito atenciosa com instruções sobre a chegada e check-in. Inicialmente fomos colocados em um apartamento com instalações e móveis mais gastos e tivemos um pequeno incidente com uma lâmpada incandescente do abajur de cabeceira. Entramos em contato com os responsáveis e prontamente fomos realocados em outro imóvel, no mesmo condomínio mas em melhores condições. A vista da marina é incrível.

Buena opción

Muy ágiles y amables en el registro, un poco tarde la hora de entrada (17:00), hay que dejar fianza de 300 € (lo comunican el día anterior de llegada por WhatsApp), lugar privilegiado del apartamento justo en la Marina (un placer desayunar mirando los barcos), apartamento algo caluroso le falta aire acondicionado, tienen utensilios indispensables para cocinar, cuenta con lavadora, el soporte de la ducha le falta reforma, bien de espacio y confortable para disfrutar de la Marina y de la playa (5 minutos andando). Cuenta con aparcamiento propio, un lujo para la zona, que es de pago. Muy buena opción.

Jaren zeventig appartement waar wel wat nieuwe matrassen in mogen. Geen internet of airco, maar wel direct aan de haven, prima uitzicht en met bijbehorende parkeerplaats compleet met magnetron waterkoker, broodrooster etc. maar zonder een beetje afwasmiddel vaatdoekje peper of zout

There was good and bad things about this hotel. Pros very big, great location and great communication from the agent. Cons very old and desperately needs a refurb. No air conditioning but fortunately it felt ok, very noisy as in the best marina area. No wifi and I never book a hotel without wifi but again I managed with my own data. No swimming pool again I would never book a hotel without one, luckily the beach was very close. I found various defects in the rooms, broken light switches and a knife rammed into the shower holder to keep it in place. The kitchen was adequate but only one gas ring actually worked. Overall it was ok but wouldn’t stay again as I felt it was old and needs a major refit.

great location poor flat - fantastic view

the water from the bath and bathroom sink was BROWN no light in the bathroom area the bath badly chipped and damaged great location BUT not where the office is .. and not told how to collect keys after office was closed had to wait over an hours to be given keys and after a long day travelling - not good NO free wifi ... only if you go to reception a good long walk away no pool or pool to share

This property suits me down to the ground, it has everything there if i wish to use it, over looks the marina and you couldnt wish to wake up to a better view, everything is close at hand from bars to restaurants, this apartment has had a lovely revamp, i was well pleased and tbe agents are excellent.

A atendente (Telma) foi muito atenciosa e simpatica. O apartamento tinha vista pra marina muito bonita, mas tem que pedir a vista na hora de reservar. O apartamento era muito bonito e aconchegante, a cozinha muito boa e bonita. A cidade de vilamoura não parecia nada portuguesa, parecia mais a uma miami, cheia de bares ingleses e turistas ingleses. O apartamento não tem wifi.

The apartment was conveniently located.

The apartment was over restaurants and during the week I was there I lost count of the cockroaches running around the apartment of which five I managed to kill.

Not for me !!

If you want somewhere cheap then this could be right up your street, now a days a safe is very basic, these do not have them, we spent ages every time we went out trying to lock the patio doors, if you got one side to lock the other popped out, the cleaner after cleaning the apartment left one side open and with no safe as well it was a worry, our apartment was right over a restaurant, luckily for us it didn't do much trade so the noise wasn't to bad, just the kitchen side you could hear, would I book these again NO not at all.... sorry

Nice apartments in a central location

Disappointed to see there was not twin beds but rather a double and a pull out bed. While a central location the first individual door apartments numbers could be better signposted
