Safe in room unusable, no lock. Refrigerator in room not working and dirty. Lounge chairs around pool unavailable unless you come early and reserve your spot. Very crowed. Late eating times in restaurant. No english channels on TV. Long waiting at front desk for check in, only one person was available.

Hotel was clean and modern, a lot of choice at the buffets. Facilities were great, the pool was lovely. Some of the staff were not very friendly but the housekeeping team were very friendly

Отель понравился, еда вкусная, но очереди и суета в ресторане. При заселении молодой человек на рецепшин категорически отказал в отельной парковке, сославшись на ее полную занятость и на стойчиво предлагал поставить машину на городскую стоянку. Через два часа подошли еще раз ,и девушка нарецепшин направила нас на отельнуй парковку, которая оказалась почти пустой. Очень странное поведение сотрудника отеля.

Hotel grande e confortável
Um grande hotel com muitas atividades enorme espaço comum. Quarto renovado muito amplo com sacada e muito isolamento acústico. Ótimo e variado café da manhã tipo buffet. Estacionamento na rua em outubro e novembro sem cobrança pelo município. Muito próximo a praia centro de Pineda e mercados.

En famille pour 5 jours
Sejour en famille en chambre supérieure vue sur la route au rez de chaussée... donc pas possible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte (bruit, pollution et risque de vol). Très compliqué de se garer et nombre de places très limité dans le garage (payant). Certaines mauvaises odeurs remontent. Petit déjeuner très moyen et peu de place. Loin du centre. Piscine correcte pour les enfants et pas de problème pour les transats autour de la piscine (disponibles et nombreux). Correct mais sans plus

Nous sommes partis pour nous reposer et finalement on à plutôt fait pas mal d'activités dans l'hôtel et à l'extérieur. Nous avons apprécier l'ambiance général. Le personnel est sympathique.

Appartement sympa, bien équipé et bien localisé, mais literie inconfortable et surtout pas d’eau chaude (compliqué de prendre une douche froide à des enfants de 4 et 1 an!). Mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Nuitée trop cher pour ce que c’est.

La comida y la cena con variedad más que notable y muy rico en general. Las bebidas (agua, refrescos, vino de grifo, cerveza, casera) incluidos, sin apenas colas. El desayuno, al contrario, un poco flojo: poca variedad (solo 3 tipos de cereales, ninguno chocolateado), el zumo tipo tang, muy artificial y azucarado, las máquinas de café y las tostadoras muy mal mantenidas, rotas cada dos por tres. Las instalaciones de la piscina completas y cómodas, incluso con el lleno de agosto. Los toboganes de diferentes tamaños, las diferentes profundidades... ideal para todos. El equipo de animación bastante bueno también y el personal amable en general. La limpieza aceptable pero mejorable, muchos vasos estaban sucios. Medidas covid inexistentes (aunque ya es normal), incluido en el buffet. La hab espaciosa y moderna. No había enchufes en uno de los lados de la cama (incómodo para cargar el móvil mientras lo usas por las noches). El jabón d la ducha no hacía espuma y en las dos habitaciones que teníamos estaba roto y costaba dispensario. Los ascensores eran suficientes pero muy lentos, así que a menudo había que esperar 2 o 3 minutos para conseguir uno y te eternizabas dentro para ir d cuarta planta a la salida, parecía que habías hecho 20 pisos. Hay dos edificios, nosotros estábamos en el edificio 2 y es incómodo porque todos los servicios y la entrada principal están en el 1 y la conexión entre ambos es exterior cruzando la piscina de una punta a otra, 2 o 3 minutos andando.
