"Perfect location to relax and appreciate the beauty of nature. The hotel is placed in a quiet area, beatifully integrated in the landscape. The staff was very welcome, we had a massage service and it was the best massage we've ever had, the breakfast was delicious and adapted to our taste. Amazing experience. "The hotel facilities seem quite nice, just lack of service staff. However the room we were assigned on the 1st floor does not have Wifi. The young fellow was kind enough to change us to a room on the 3rd floor, which was ok for us although it lacks certain amenities. The worst thing happened was upon the check out. We made the reservation on Orbitz and prepaid the total amount on June 9th (~a month prior). When we check out, the reception lady asks us to pay again. We showed her Orbitz...
