I got my notification about check-in at 19:55, after hotels.com had worked for an hour and a half first to get through to the place (unsuccessfully), then to find me somewhere else to stay. "Great staff super friendly and helpful room was clean and compact and comfy I would have preferred a double bed rather than two singles as I was travelling solo. I had all the facilities to make tea and coffee in the room but no kettle , this was mentioned to reception but they couldn’t find a spare so every time you wanted a drink it required getting dressed and going to the free tea and coffee station at reception "

"When we checked in and needed help, the receptionist was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond helping us take the bus to the mall and was extremely helpful all through out. The warmth she had extended made the experience more like a 5 star ⭐ experience. She was amazing! I hope I got her name but I haven't. She helped us with our check in on Oct 15 @345-4pm. "
