"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ganzaie. Francesco and Nonna Laura made us feel so welcome and taken care of, that we left feeling like we were part of the family. They went above and beyond to ensure that our food allergies were catered for. Breakfast and dinner were always fantastic. The chef did an amazing job. "The hotel spa is small but clean, but the opening hours are very limited. Everything at the hotel is beautiful and elegant. It’s located next to ski lifts so there’s an easy access to the slopes. The staff is nice and friendly but has trouble speaking English but most of the visitors were German anyway. The only trouble is that there aren’t any shops or many restaurants nearby, the hotel kitchen wasn’t open daily. There’s only one restaurant next to the hotel and it’s great but variety would...

"Hotel moderno, decoração linda, super limpo, vista maravilhosa. Custo benefício do jantar (que não tinha opção a la carte) muito alto, não fomos avisados antes dessa possibilidade e o valor não constava no cardápio. Havia um grupo grande hospedado e os hóspedes que não faziam parte ficaram sem muita assistência. Minha amiga não recebeu o prato e quando veio a massa estava crua.
