"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'accès est assez simple et le propriétaire très pédagogue. Niveau propreté, les femmes de ménage font un superbe travail ! Je recommande sincèrement ce lieu. Seul problématique que je peux souligner, c'est que nous ne pouvons pas manger à l'intérieur. Certainement des abus par le passé qui malheureusement impact même ce qui respecterait le lieu. "Very responsive staff when we had questions, clean room, bedside tables, lots of space for luggage and hanging items (which appears to be more rare in Europe). Only issue was the shower is flat and was very slippery when wet. Could benefit from some grip or texture on the floor. Other than that, aesthetic mirrors and light options, loved the bed frame. Comfortable to sleep in the bed, would recommend!"

"We had a great stay at the Casale apartment! The unit is exactly as represented, clean and updated, safe and secure (and great A/C). The staff was excellent and easy to communicate with, they provided some really nice extras to make the stay great. Location is perfect in the heart of Navigli, it's down a side street, a 2 minute walk to the center of everything, a 1 minute walk to a metro station and tram stop just around the corner. "Nice hotel within a 6 minute walk of Milan Centrale train station. I was greeted warmly by the front staff both is whom spoke perfect English. When you enter the room the key chip must be inserted into a slot to keep all lights on. Room was clean and neat but the bed allowed minimal room to pass between it and the wall. Numerous switches controlling who know what. Too many switches. All in all it was a nice and convenient hotel for a one night stay."

"A Very Pleasant Stay in Milan I really enjoyed my stay at Uptown Palace. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, and the location is very convenient, with the underground just a few minutes’ walk away. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The restaurant is on the 13th floor and has glass windows all around, so you get beautiful views across Milan while having breakfast. It was a lovely way to start the day and definitely one of the things I enjoyed most about the hotel. Overall, I had a very nice stay and would definitely choose Uptown Palace again the next time I’m in Milan. A good hotel, convenient location and a really enjoyable breakfast experience."

"Overall a great hotel. Breakfast was better than most. Clean and comfortable with a queen bed and 2 twins for a family of 4 (including 2 teenagers). Air conditioning was very poor but we were told when we left that they can also control it at the front desk, so for others considering this hotel, be sure to ask. Also, a wonderful concierge was very nice and helpful and recommended Osteria Papà Nicola (restaurant 3 min walk away)- it was fantastic!"
