"When we arrived, m found our room, we were amazed at how large it was. Was. We were close to everything we wanted to do, and it was a great place to stay. At checkout we asked about getting a taxi, and we're told that taxis were nearly non-existent after covid. This is 2025. The guy running the front desk took us in his personal car down to the train station. It was great service"

Friendly staff who despite our poor efforts at speaking French made every effort not to make us feel awkward. Our only criticism, and it is a minor issue, is that there was no English type tea! "The location was excellent, close to the town, beaches and also D-Day sites. Checking in to the apartment was OK and the accommodation was fine, however the bathroom design was poor, it was very difficult for anyone over 170cm to use the shower as it was in the eves. The toilet was downstairs but did not have a basin to wash hands. It would have been a better design to have a wet room where the toilet was and put the toilet in the bathroom.
