The receptionist at the front desk checked-in like several people who arrived after despite the fact that we arrived at 130 pm. I felt DISCRIMINATED. All customers who arrived after us were Italian. "I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It was very clean, well maintained, and in a perfect location close to the center of town but away from the busiest part, and no long uphill climb with luggage. The housekeeping staff was amazing. I always came back to a clean room and fresh towels. Even when I had the Do Not Disturb sign up, they would kindly check with me when they saw me to ask if I needed fresh towels sent up. The staff was genuinely warm and attentive they even remembered that my son had been traveling with me and noticed when he left for Spain. I would absolutely stay here again."

Hotel Bellevue Suite

"The staff was very welcoming and accomodating as we all arrived as a group of 8 at different times. They were able to keep us all on the same floor and the room type were as promised. The rooms were very clean and we felt very safe. The front desk staff was helpful in dining recommendations as well as directions to the beach. All of their "local" recommendations were amazing! The treck to the beach was up and dosn many stairs but not the fault of the hotel. We would highly recommend a stay at the Bellevue."

"Second time staying at the Hotel Plaza, and it was lovely both times. This time it was summer and the rooftop pool was open - not to be missed. Posted a photo from the pool and learned that my downstairs neighbors had stayed at the Hotel Plaza not even 2 months earlier, and they loved it too! Central location is amazing, right in the heart of everything. (Don’t miss the 6th generation woodworking shop just down the street toward the main thoroughfare.) Lovely staff, lovely accommodations. Grazie!"

"Breakfast. Same everyday Concierge. Could have been far more helpful. Only quoted taxi options which are v expensive when could have told us about buses to nerano. Only quoted private boat tours to capris when could have told us about semi private. Shuttle. Advertises shuttle to town and back but gets booked up super early. Put on more shuttles! Hotel overall tho great and staff super friendly"

"Beautiful and quiet location, parking (very important if you have a rental), friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in the best spot to reach in both directions: to Amalfi on one side, or to Positano and Sorrento on the other side. There is a buss station steps from the hotel entrance and few really good restaurants close by. We will chose it again when we travel this way!"
