I have already tried to solve the problem unfortunately the only answer they could give me was that it was the customer to specify when booking whether he wanted a shower or a bath. Concerning the restoration, we propose a menu of the day as well as snacks as indicated on our web site. This allows to help people who are not very hungry and especially those who do not want to leave the hotel. However nearby, 5 minutes by car, you have the city center with various restaurants (brasserie, Italian, pizzeria, etc.). In addition, I would like to come back on the bottle of wine. All our alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages are arranged in the bar / restaurant fridge and not in the kitchen so it is impossible for us to fill the bottle with cans of wine. We remove the aluminum film and its cap to facilitate your consumption. On our beverage menu, we offer wine carafes where we use canned wines and bottled wines (local) so we do not see the point in deceiving our customers. Especially that the table next door wanted a specific bottled wine but unfortunately we were out of order that day and they had to choose another, proof that we use many sealed bottles. Do not be afraid to ask us the question it does not create tensions on the contrary we prefer that the customer is satisfied and left with the heart net rather than doubts and half satisfied.
