No towel rack. Sink loose on wall. Mildew on wall fan. Two small bottles of water for two days. No room service. No kettle. no tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast was only egg and bread roll. "Very nice location down a quiet lane and next door to a temple. Good security with a digital numeric lock on front door for after hours. Room was clean and spacious, altho not really dark at night due to outdoor lighting. Would stay again."

"Breakfast was good for laos standard. Very simple but taste good. Rooms are Comfortable but aircon doesn't work well. Not just one room, think almost all the room... We asked to fix it but seemed like they don't really care. We tried to change room but same, didn't work. Cleaness, service is soso. Don't expect too much in laos guesthouse. Everywhere in laos is same.. I think. Anyway this was our second best stay in laos.(out of 5)"
