I booked and paid Expedia for 3 nights at this hotel but when I arrived at the hotel, it was closed with a 'For Sale' signoup. I am struggling to get my money back from Expedia, despite several communications.

Hotel in need of upgrade

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The condition of the hotel is very run down, could seriously need an upgrade. There are no bed lamps, only strong light from the ceiling, very annoying. The hotel requests guests to take off their shoes, when going up the main stairs. This is a hotel, not a private house, so rather in-appropriate to ask this from paying customers!

Could be much better!

The hotel did not live up to my expectations. The housekeeping left ny room unlocked and door open. For me that's a very big issue. The matress vas so bad. I asked for an extra blanket, so I could sleep on that to make it more comfortable. Then they had the rudeness to ask for money for that, even when they left ny room unlocked. Wifi did only work the first hours during my stay. So don't expect that to work. I had to go to other locations for WiFi, to do my work. They did put the second night when I was not there put an extra blanket anyway, without changing money. Several lights in the room was broken. Easy to fix....why don't they?? The location was good. The rest of the hotel was quiet nice actuallyity. Make sure you don't have room towards the bigger Street. Lot of notices. The staff could handle it much better. I think they did what they could, but did not have authority to fix things. I hope the hotel reads this an learn. If they do, they have potential to bee a good hotel. The staff was nice, but did not to handle these simple things.

Nearly everything was very nice incl. the staff:Tthey where helpful and friendly. The only thing to criticis is that the hotness of the shower was not changeable because the knob was out of order.

Bonne localisation proximité rivière et restaurants du centre-ville ainsi que de tous les centres d’intérêts de la ville. Wifi connexion difficile car très lente. Utilisation laborieuse pour transférer des photos. Petit-déjeuner sous forme de sets proposant une dizaine de choix comprenant deux plats locaux. Chambre supérieure double, climatisée avec ventilateur plafonnier. Literie confortable, table de chevet pas d’armoire mais patère avec des cintres, table à deux plateaux supportant téléviseurs chaînes câbles. Salle de bain, douche eau chaude. Personnel sympathique et discret. Je recommande cet hôtel pour son rapport qualité prix et sa localisation.

ホテルのロケーションは良かったです。ナイトマーケットにも数分でアクセスでき、周辺に美味しいラオス料理のお店やカフェがありました。 部屋は湿気があり、天井にカビがありました。窓はあったものの景色は隣の建物の壁。それでも、ベッドは清潔感があり、タオルも綺麗だったので、2泊ほどの滞在は特別問題は無かったです。部屋でもwifi接続できました。 スタッフはあまり英語が話せないみたいですが、質問した際にはきちんと対応してくれました。

A good choice, good value for money, clean, spacious, great location. Staff friendly but unable to help with onward travel bookings but there are many travel agencies in the immediate vicinity anyway. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling.

For the price, this place is excellent. The location couldn't be better, and having aircon and a private bathroom for near-hostel prices was great. Most of the hotels in Vientiane in this price range have shared toilets and ceiling fans. The bed was really hard, which I don't mind, since I live in Asia, but head's up for Western travelers who aren't used to more "Asian-style" accommodations. You're right downtown, only a few minutes' walk to the Night Market, with easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, tuk-tuks, and banks/ATMs.

清潔で静かなホテル

のんびりとしたビエンチャンの中でも静かに過ごせる居心地のいいホテル。メコン川のリバーサイド(夜はナイトマーケットが並ぶ)も近く、レストラン、カフェなどもいろいろ選べる好立地。部屋は簡素ながら清潔でシャワーも熱いお湯が出る。Wi-Fiも繋がりやすく、ビエンチャンでぼんやりしたい人にはオススメ。

Endroit calme et près de plusieurs resto. /bistro français. Expedia avait cependant oublié de transmettre ma réservation à l'hôtel. Comme c'était complet à mon arrivée, on m'a payé une chambre dans un autre hôtel tout près. Ma réservation de 3 nuits à ensuite été respectée sans frais supplémentaire.

The room condition is very basic but clean . The bed and pillow are old .Just good for budget stay is ok. Staff is friendly but not helpful. The location is good because its from a distance walk to night market. Overall it was ok if you're a budget traveller.

夜遊び用のホテルとしては最適

バンコクと言えば、ナイトライフを思い浮かべる人は多いと思います。立地はnana駅の至近で男性に人気のゴーゴーバーなどが並ぶナナプラザにも非常に近くて便利です。 また、非常に夜も賑やかな場所にありながら部屋は静かで、少なくとも私の接した従業員は丁寧かつフレンドリーでした。 悪い点は若干室内が古く感じられることですが、立地の良さや宿泊費が良心的であることなどから、総合的に見て満足です。
