"Very nice hotel. Directly across from the main train station. Clean, comfortable and staff was nice. We stayed 3 nights and had a very nice stay. My only complaint is that the a/c wasn’t very cold and were very warm in the room; especially if showering or blow drying my hair. Other than that, it’s a very nice place to stay. They accept dogs and we stayed with our dog. It’s a 45 min walk to the main sites of Vienna. Ubers and taxis are very convenient from this hotel. They have a breakfast...

"We had a bit of a service complaint on the first night but the hotel fixed it and more than made up for it. The location is great, easily accessible to underground, tram as well as hop-on hopoff tours. It is 10 mins walk from the main museums. The morning breakfast, should you opt in, also has a good variety. "

"We had booked two of one-bedroom plus for family group of 6. Spacious flat room, everything in room (shampoo, showr gel; mini fridge, cups, bowels, knife, cutting board; ironing board; hair dryer...). Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Staff is nice and professional. Free coffee in the lobby. Washing & dryer machine in facility. Enjoy the stay and would definitely recommend it."
