Not recommended
A shabby two star at best, the photos must have been when it was renovated many years ago, it’s just tatty and needs refitting again. No aircon, Bathroom was the only thing that was modern and nice. Expensive for what it is and better finding a larger hotel a little further from the city which offer more for less money.
Bed all scratched, old.
Bed tight to the wall, wall is dirty.
Floor all scratched.
Dated furniture.

Nice place to stay in. The room was big, comfortable and also clean. I recommend this place. Just 2 comments: The front desk opens between 9am-6pm. Also the rooms are close to the street and the front door was always open, it was surprising at the beginning about the security, but got used to t quickly.

Nice little hotel just need some TLC
Overall Good experience, staff was nice. Big scratches on the wooden floor(easy to cover with a carpet..) and too small sofa bed for two adults were probably the only downsides.

A nice pansion, not a hotel
Clean, modern, ywt close to tram thus noisy espwcially if u have a room at the end if the 2 story old building. No light in the tight stair coridors that go directly to the rooms. The outer door is opened all the time and no gard. Probanbkly is safe but u do not know? No restaurant, they bring u the nice breakfast in the room. Noone at the small reception room after 18 o clock. Some rooms have soft some hard used matraces. It is dificult to leave the windows opened, they are old and have complicated way of keeping them opened since the wind tends to close and broke them. 2nd room I changed to have less noice from the tram side had made by children pictures hanged on the walls, small tv and very small toilet. So very diff. style in each room.

Quiet stay
Nearest subway station is about 10 min walk. Silent esp at night time. No lift.so not v convenient if the luggage is heavy. No light at the staircase when you return to hotel late at night. Staff are helpful. Breakfast can only be offered in room as there is no restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is abundant with apple, cold cuts, bread, boiled eggs, cheese, orange juice and coffee/tea. Room is spacious.

Die Lage sehr zentral , das Zimmer geräumig ! Das war es schon! Frühstück wurde im Zimmer serviert , eine Tasse Kaffee für jeden , es war kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort musste alles telefonisch geregelt werden . Es gab keine richtige Rezeption , keine Sitzgelegenheiten und auch sonst null . Für ein Design Hotel zuwenig

Esperienza positiva!
Piccolo appartamento, ampio spazioso, dotato di frigobar, TV e bagno grande. Zona tranquilla anche se leggermente fuori dal centro, con una fermata di metro vicino. Tuttavia la reception chiude alle 18. Ideale per famiglie per brevi soggiorni

Decepción tras decepción
Pagamos 140€ para una sola noche, y nos encontrarnos con una habitación en una planta baja y sin puerta de entrada (es decir, que cualquiera desde la calle llega directamente a la puerta de la habitación...). Al entrar, nos sorprendió un parquet demacrado, el escritorio roto, la cama desgastada... Todo esto no nos impediría dormir bien aunque nos pareció mal para un 3 estrellas. Nuestra sorpresa fue cuando volvimos para dormir después de pasar el día fuera, y vimos que la toalla estaba sucia, también la colcha de la cama, en el armario había una mancha pegajosa... Entre la pared y la cama había menos de un palmo de distancia por lo tanto no se podía salir por ahí... Y ya lo último y peor fue al cerrar las cortinas que hacen de persiana... Están tan rotas que no paran la luz. Es decir que es como dormir en plena calle por la luz que entra. En fin, una decepción tras otra. Al quejarnos, nos comunican que no nos devuelven parte de lo pagado porque tienen un teléfono 24h y que podíamos haber llamado para pedir un cambio de habitación. ¿No sería más lógico tener las habitaciones en buen estado, o por lo menos limpias?

Comodità e zona tranquilla
Appartamento in una zona tranquilla vicino la metro e il tram. Personale molto gentile e comodissima la colazione servita in camera. Camera spaziosa e salone molto grande utile la macchina del caffè e del thè. L'unica nota negativa ci siamo ritrovati con delle formiche nel salone e nel bagno

A Hoteles.com .- considero que su oferta es engañosa, indican que el desayuno es gratis y no es cierto, la factura de hotel, desglosa el precio de la habitación en que se incluyen las tasas locales, el importe de los desayunos servidos y además un cargo por pagar por Visa. A nivel del servicio del hotel, mi opinión es que ha de mejorar considerablemente, me ofrecieron a través de un correo el servicio de traslado del aeropuerto al hotel, respondiendo que aceptaba, Sorpresa en el aeropuerto no había nadie esperando, cogí un taxi y me dirigí al hotel, en la recepción no comenta nada y considere que no había enviado bien la respuesta, el mismo día de llegada recibo a las 22h un sms disculpándose porque no habían leído el correo y por tanto no habían podido realizar el servicio, pero que en el mismo aeropuerto hay una parada de taxis ¡¡¡¡¡¡. Con una temperatura de -2 grados en el exterior, en la habitación no habían encendido los radiadores, una silla estaba rota pero hasta el lunes no la podían cambiar, pedí el desayuno a las 7h y lo trajeron a las 7h30, si bien recomiendo contratar el servicio de desayuno en variado y abundante,

La camera era spaziosa, ben arredata e pulita,dotata di tutti i comfort, compresa la macchinetta per il caffè in cialde si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi il centro zona tranquilla.Il portone d'ingresso del palazzo rimaneva sempre aperto, anche di notte (viene infatti consegnata solo la chiave della camera).

Capodanno a Vienna
Belle le stanze spaziose e confortevoli. Quando siamo tornati in albergo il pomeriggio del 31 dicembre abbiamo trovato sul tavolino una bottiglia di spumante e due flûte con gli auguri da parte della struttura, una sorpresa molto gradita. Molto comoda la metropolitana per andare ovunque, unica pecca rispetto all’ubicazione dell’albergo è che non c’è un bar o ristorante piacevole nelle immediate vicinanze senza dover camminare o prendere i mezzi.

Richiesta colazione "all'italiana" ( croissants, dolci etc) al posto di quella "alla nordica", siamo state sommerse di abbondanti delizie. Ogni nostra richiesta soddisfatta. Gran bella sorpresa l'addetta alla reception che parlava italiano. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, comoda alla fermata della metro. Davvero soddisfacente.

Отличное соотношение цена/качество
Очень большой номер, есть все необходимое. Завтрак скорее континентальный, но достаточно обильный. До центра минут 15 пешком, до ближайшего метро - 5. Девушка на ресепшн говорит по-русски

Klein aber fein
Das Hotel befindet sich der Nähe von der U4 beziehungsweise um U2. Das Service Team ist sehr bemüht auch die Check in Zeiten mit den Kunden planmäßig abzusprechen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und themenbezogen, somit keines dem anderen gleicht. Leider gibt es keine Badewanne. Das WLAN funktioniert. Sehr positiv ist, dass eine Nespresso Maschine am Zimmer steht samt Kapseln sowie ein Wasserkocher für Tees. Weiters ist sehr positiv das Frühstück welches direkt in das Zimmer gebracht wird und dann zwischen normal und wie vegetarisch gewählt werden kann.

3 Nächte im Vox als Familie
Der äußere Eindruck: überraschend, man erkennt es kaum als Appartementhaus oder Hotel. Unkompliziertes einchecken. Die drei Eingänge des Hotels stehen Tag und Nacht offen und aus den Wänden im Treppenhaus hängen Kabel, dass fand wir erschreckend, beides. Einrichtung und Sauberkeit war ok. In der Familienesuite (zwei Räume, zusammenhängend, eins mit Doppelbett, eins mit Schlafsofa) gab es keine Verbindungsür, nur einen offenen Durchgang. Man hätte sich also auch nur ein Zimmer buchen können... Das Frühstück kostet zehn Euro am Tag pro Person und wird aufs Zimmer gebracht. Uns hat es nicht gefallen, denn die Brötchen waren pappig, Kaffee bereits lauwarm, die Wurst lag auf dem Käse... Es ist ausreichend, wenn man nur "Nahrung aufnehmen" will. Man hatte eine Nespresso samt Kapseln auf dem Zimmer, das war sehr nett und das Personal ebenfalls...wir fahren aber nicht wieder hin. Die Fotos sind sehr gut gemacht, entsprechen nicht den Tatsachen...

Leider in manchen Ecken nicht ganz gründlich gereinigt, unter dem Bett und Tisch zBsp. Sehr freundliches Personal, super Lage zur Innenstadt und zur U-Bahn. Moderne Einrichtung in historischem aber sanierten Gebäude - schick.
