Wenn ich 0 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es tun. Bitte erspart euch diese Unterkunft. Ich habe schon viele Unterkünfte gesehen, aber so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Eine Geisterbahn oder eine Nacht unter einer Brücke hätte auf uns vermutlich einen angenehmeren und vor allem vertrauenswürdigeren Eindruck gemacht. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten die Unterkunft für Donnerstag und Freitag gebucht, Check-out Samstag. Da wir erst Freitag gegen 7 Uhr morgens in Wien ankamen, hatten wir vorher telefonisch und per WhatsApp Kontakt aufgenommen. Uns wurde erklärt, wie der Self-Check-in funktioniert, und wir erhielten einen Code für einen Schlüsselkasten. Bis dahin lief tatsächlich alles problemlos. Was uns vor Ort erwartete, war dafür umso unglaublicher. Schon das Gebäude und der Eingangsbereich machten auf uns einen extrem heruntergekommenen und unangenehmen Eindruck. Im Hinterhof lagen Müll und Dreck, es roch unangenehm und über eine schmuddelige Treppe ging es zur angeblichen „Rezeption“. Diese war lediglich mit einem handgeschriebenen Zettel gekennzeichnet. Innen war es stickig, heiß, klebrig und dreckig. Dann der erste Höhepunkt: Im Schlüsselkasten hingen Schlüssel für die Zimmer 19, 21 und 22. Unser zugewiesenes Zimmer 20 existierte dort schlicht nicht. Einen Mitarbeiter, den man hätte fragen können? Fehlanzeige. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben wir keinen Betreiber oder Mitarbeiter persönlich gesehen. Fortsetzung folgt

Die Tür zur Toilette hat gefehlt, die unmittelbar ins Schlafzimmer führt, sodass ich die Gemeinschaftstoilette nutzen musste. Meine Allergie hat sich durch den Staub im Zimmer sehr ausgeprägt bemerkbar gemacht.
