Die Unterkunft sah ganz anders aus, als auf dem Bild. Es war ein kleiner Raum mit einem Bett, und eine Schlafcouch noch reingequetscht. Es war sehr eng. Der Geschirrspüler war irgendwie kaputt, als wir ihn aufgemacht haben, hat er unglaublich gestunken. Das Viertel an sich ist auch nicht zu empfehlen, sehr Gewerbegebietsmäßig. Außerdem weit weg von den zentralen Sachen in Wien.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist OK. Das Apartment hat die besten Tage hinter sich, hat keine Balkone, aber die Sauberkeit war OK. Die Möbel sind stark abgewohnt, hatten ein Bett in dem mehr als die Hälfte der Lattenrostbretter fehlte, das Doppelbett hing durch, die Stühle durchgesessen. Die restliche Ausstattung war zufriedenstellend. Vor dem Haus fährt die Straßenbahn direkt in die Stadt, rund um die Uhr. Nachteil, mann hört sie . Park und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Straße sind gegeben. Check-in Check-out einfach und problemlos. Empfang war nett. Ein Möbeltausch wäre empfehlenswert.

The staff was very kind to us. If we had any wishes, they were more than helpful to get us satisfied. Furthermore when you have a look on the money-value aspect, you can be cheerful with that, what you got included. The cleanness wasn’t that good, but okay. Check-in procedures was complicated, we said via e-mail we would arrive at 7:30 pm in the evening, but nobody was there to welcome us. We had to get in touch via WhatsApp with the owners, to get the key to enter the Apartment, that was a bit annoying after a long travel. The area where the Apartment is situated is a bit outside of city centre and you feel like in a Turkish, Arabic town. You didn’t feel like, you were in Austria.

Bu otelde konaklamadım, önce otel boş odası olmadığı için rezervasyonumu onaylamadı. Geri ödeme için telefonların hiçbirine ulaşamadım. Sıkıntılı durum.

近くにトラムの駅があります。そこからなら１、２分です。 チェックインカウンターは無く、14時以降に呼び鈴を押して 待っているとホストの人が来てくれます。 マップは、相変わらずで1ブロックずれてました。 近くに来たら写真をみて同じ建物を探すとよいです。

숙박지 내 주차문제가 제일 문제인것 같읍니다.주변 도로변에 저녁 7시부터 다음날 오전 9시까지 단속당하지 않고 주차해도 된다고 하여 도로변에 주차했는데 아침 7시경에 주차위반 스티커를 끊겼읍니다.내부에 주차할 공간이 없었고 하루밤에 15유로라고 하여 저녁에 빈 관광을 하고난 후 도로변 주차를 하였는데 그것이 좀 안 좋았으나 그 외에 시설,청결도 등은 만족합니다.

The apartment is very tired and rundown. The bed was not comfortable and the linen did not feel clean. There was a smell in the bathroom from the shower drain and the the kitchen counters and walls were very grubby. This apartment needs a complete overhaul.

와이파이가 다소 약하고 라지에이터를 강하게 틀어도 추웠다. 하지만 숙소상태는 최고였으며, 트램1과 가깝고 집주인(or 매니저)은 매우 친절하고 피드백이 빨랐다. 근처에 마트와 늦게까지여는 맛있는 케밥집이 있어 행복했다.

Attention Arnaque (Frais cachés = Montant X 2)

Attention à l'arnaque, Prix de base alléchant mais vous payez exactement le double de ce qui est affiché. Je vous explique : Nuit à 35 € ==> C'Est génial MAIS il y a des frais CACHES (je dis bien cachés) de 35 € de frais de nettoyage !!!!!!!!! Quand je m'en suis rendu compte,j'ai bien sûr demandé le remboursement et devinez la réponse : Refus de remboursement. Des frais de nettoyage, cela peut se comprendre mais au tarif de la nuitée ??????et ces frais sont vraiment cachés donc faite attention. @hotels.com, veuillez exiger l'affichage de ces frais dans la page principale ou bien dans le prix affiché afin d'éviter que d'autres passagers ne soient arnaqués.

Beliggende litt utenfor sentrumskjernen. Trikk nr 1 går like utenfor og til innere Stadt. Supermarked i nærheten. Helt ok rom, litt gammeldags, men veldig rent.

Miss leading your customers

You didn't tell me that the hotel will charge me more for cleaning which it should av been included. It is too much money to pay 36 Euro for one night cleaning. Am not happy about that and would like you to refund me that money. If not I'll make sure that neither me or my family will use this site to book.
