Really well run property. Clean and very well presented. Easy local train to and from airport stops 500m from door. Tram into the city very cheap but easily walkable

The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchenette made it very easy to make coffee to take out to the balcony. There was a tram stop 2 minutes away, no need for a car. I strongly recommend Parks 73

Sold stay
Needed just a quick stay in Vienna before heading out on a train the next morning. This hotel got the job done. Not a whole lot of frills and it is more of the apartment style room with the kitchen in it rather than your traditional hotel. I wasn't there very long but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious enough for a solo traveler.

Exceptional staff and hotel
Exceptional stay - couldn’t recommend enough!! Staff service is superb (particularly Sabina), room really comfortable and spacious with fully equipped kitchen if you want to stay in. Plus really clean and lovely big bathroom. It’s approx 25/30 min walk into city square - We’ll def return. Thank you

Enjoyable stay in Vienna
This is a new property and is well maintained. We are especially grateful to Julia who helped us with some laundry issue. It within walking distance of the old town and very quiet. We would stay there again.

From the minute we walked into the hotel office we felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The apartment was sparkling clean,new & spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the property. 2 TVs in living room & bedroom. Modern kitchen with basic equipment for light meals.No micro. The bed was especially comfortable,ideal for those w back issues, nice & firm.The bathroom had a towel heater, especially nice for the cooler weather.The shower was a bit annoying being open so the water sprays onto the floor. We didn't hear a sound from our neighbors.Vry quiet. Location was about 5 min walk from tram that goes into the city center & 10 min walk from train station that connects to underground. A good location for those who prefer quiet.Also close to the Belvdere Palace & the Vienna University Botanical Gardens which we found delightful. Overall an exceptionally comfortable & hospitable apartment hotel.

Terrible experience. I couldn’t cancel the reservation as it was booked with Expedia. This was the hotel response. Expedia also told me to talk directly with the hotel even do originally they told me they will take care.

Love it.
Staff incredibly polite. Room is gorgeous. Minor complaints to keep this from being the perfect stay despite giving 5 stars... keep this in mind this is from a spoiled American 1) AC is in the kitchen area, not the bedroom... so can be a bit stuffy for those that like to be a little cool when time for bed. After the first night I asked the staff for a fan which they provided. 2) Not a huge deal but can be if you don’t want to go through all your towels in no time... shower doesn’t have a door so water slips over the little lip easily. Other than that, I’m incredibly happy with my stay! Thanks! Also I stayed in a lesser quality room the final night. In these the AC is in the bedroom however the AC would keep cutting off after a certain time... so the air would get stagnant and hot again. The rooms need fans for comfort ability for sure.

We enjoyed how spacious and modern this property is. Staff were fantastic, we really felt at home staying here. Best coffee around served in the court yard. A two minute walk to catch public transport. We will be returning again one day. This is first class.

Everything about the apartment was good. Modern, clean, fully equipped to make dinner at home. Quite neighbourhood. You can buy groceries right across the street. The only negative is that you have to take the tram or cab to go into were the action is. It takes about 10-15 min. Or walk for 35 min.
