Fantastic hotel, very elegant with an excellent atmosphere. Our rooms had beautiful views across Vienna. The staff very polite and organised. The breakfast was fantastic!

This hotel has a moon landing theme, which is reflected not only from the exterior building design, but everywhere, from the elevator, the hallway, the lamp, the moon shaped bay window, even the "do not disturb" sign. Very very cool. Also very clean and well organized. The location is also close to the main train station, easy to go to airport or other place via public transportation. Will recommend to all my friends staying in Vienna.

What a unique hotel! We absolutely loved the moooons theme, with carefully thought out special details throughout the hotel and rooms. Staff were friendly, kind, approachable and helpful. All minor questions or issues we had were instantly resolved. The location is fantastic, perfect for exploring Vienna. The room was comfortable, modern, clean and well equipped. The window seat was such a lovely feature. The staff went above and beyond for our anniversary, even putting in chocolate truffles with a thoughtful hand written note. Roof bar was closed for our visit which was a shame given the good weather but understandable given the time of year (mid April). Breakfast is delicious! So many options and freshly prepared. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if and when we return to this wonderful city.

A stylish and friendly hotel in a good location - virtually opposite the main railway station and the U-bahn (underground trains). The Belvedere district is walking distance and the historic centre is just a couple of stops away on the U-bahn or tram (I recommend the tram on a nice day). The rooms are big with lovely oval windows.

A great modern clean hotel within easy walking distance to a main train station which will take you to the airport or places like brataslava also a underground station. A good hotle with great tourist places around it and also some very good restaurants and bars near by.

Had a lovely 4 night stay in the Mooons. Staff very friendly, whether that be at check-in, breakfast or for a drink on an evening. Room was lovely and clean throughout, only thing was that our TV didn’t work - not a massive issue at all. Thank you for a fantastic stay. 🙌

A beautiful hotel with a lunar theme. Really enjoyed 3 nights here. Quiet and very relaxed atmosphere. Very clean and modern. Booked a city view which was picture perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All spoke English perfectly. Thought the vegetarian breakfast would be an issue but didn’t miss the meat - so much choice with gluten free options too (you can ask for ham and salami if you really want it). Location was great for hopping on a tram or for using the underground to get into the heart of Vienna - so easy. I found it a very warm hotel but that seemed to be the same in every building in Austria. Great hotel and city, and absolutely sure to come again. Thank you Mooons!
