Excellent Hotel and Staff - Room was larger than average and quiet - excellent Metro/Tram and bus links.However area is rather bland and lacking places to visit - but Vienna Centre is only 10-15mins away on Metro

Nice overnight stay near to the Stadthalle

I choosed this hotel because of its closeness to the Stadthalle and it was a good choice. Very nice and friendly staff, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was also excellent, great coffee, and a good and varied breakfast selection to choose from, including warm food, fruits and pastries.

Everything was good. Staff were nice and helpful. Limited choices at the buffet breakfast so we were kind of tired of it by the 4th day. But, if you are looking for dining out, there is an abundance of dining choices for every meal. Working class neighborhood with convenient access to public transportation. Public transportation in Vienna is next to none and very economical. Bottom line, unless you are looking for upscale accomodation in an upscale area of the city and are prepared to pay for it, you can't go wrong with Hotel Lucia.

Alles was prima. Medewerkers vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was weer erg lekker en ook best uitgebreid, alleen weinig variatie per dag. Elke dag overwegend hetzelfde. De locatie van dit hotel is echt super goed! Als je van een wandeling houdt dan zelfs op loopafstand (+/- 45 minuten) van het centrum, maar ook veel openbaar vervoer in de buurt. Vorig jaar zijn we hier ook geweest en toen hadden we een nieuwere en mooiere kamer. Nu een wat verouderde kamer die uitkeek op een binnenplaats waar zowel vroeg in de ochtend als laat in de avond soms veel bedrijvigheid was. De bedden zijn (voor ons) aan vervanging toe! Wat ons betreft een aanrader! Het is een 3-sterrenhotel en dat klopt ook wel, alleen vinden wij de prijs wat aan de hoge kant, maar dat kan aan de goede locatie in de stad liggen.

Super pour un séjour en famille

Séjour de 4 jours et 3 nuits avec un bébé de 4mois, le personnel a été adorable avec nous, le lit bébé prêt dans notre chambre et la petite chaise haute installée au petit déjeuner chaque jour. La chambre était propre et nettoyée chaque jour.

接客に難あり

はっきり言ってフロントの対応が悪い。一人だけしっかり対応された方がいたが、それ以外は無愛想でホスピタリティのかけらもない。 朝食会場でも英語が出来ない方のみであり、又出て来る品も特に良いとは言えず少々ガッカリした(結局最初の二日間のみで止めた)。

God beliggenhed tæt på transportmuligheder God morgenmad. Flink personale. Roligt og ingen larm. Jeg havde booket et enkeltværelse med en queensize seng (som fremgår på billeder af værelse), men fik et stort værelse med to små enkeltsenge. Jeg ville have foretrukket at have fået et enkeltværelse med en queensize seng, som jeg bestilte. En eventuel anden gang vil jeg bede om et af hotellets renoverede værelser og et enkeltværelse med en queensize seng.
