This is a nice hotel in a central location, close to public transportation and walkable to all attractions. It is a very busy hotel and the staff is doing a good job to help everyone. The room is spacious, however, the beds are of European style, meaning, they placed two double beds together for me and my husband to sleep. The third bed for our child is very flimsy.
The room is not terribly up to date, however, my biggest issue with the room is its air conditioning system. Each time the a/c was turned on, it caused us to sneeze. It is likely the a/c duct hadn’t been cleaned properly and harbored allergens. As it was summer and a heat wave was present, we had no choice but to turn on the a/c.
Other than that, this was a good hotel for visiting Vienna.
