Property is junk with horrible rooms and beds but free street parking across the street and a store right next to it. Cheap but you get what you paid for :)

Real value for money. I have been staying there a few times and they were always polite and helpful... Only the three stops on the train from Vienna Central Station

The hotel needs some renovation: shower was dripping, shower mount was loose, toilet paper mount was loose, window curtain ripped off, some ripped of metal pieces from a wall (function unclear) were lying around, seat cushion dirty, door stoppers broken, lights not working, house service late and poor, luggage storage not behind locked doors, Positive: breakfast was good!

Very helpful staff. Big room. The carpet is stained, but otherwise clean. New bath and toilette. I can recommend it.

Slow start but improved.
I had requested an adapted room as I am a wheelchair user. When we arrived, the room we were allocated to was totally unsuitable. The weather was unbearably hot and because it had no seat in the showering area I could not use the shower. Turns out there was only 1 such room which was booked out. After a sleepless night, we went to reception to ask if to see if they could help us. Step forward Antonia who did everything she could to help me. She allocated us to a room with a balcony and a door that opened. The previous rooms windows and doors were sealed shut. She arranged for a plastic seat in the shower so I could take relieving cold showers. This lady saved the day for us. The staff serving breakfast were very friendly and for 11 euros we received a very tasty and fresh breakfast with coffee, tea and juice. The hotel itself was about 20 euros to the main area by Uber, whose drivers were courteous, timely and helpful. We generally found Austrians themselves to be reserved. Vienna was expensive (5th most expensive in the World according to sources) but has some absolutely magnificent buildings. The name Hapsburg often gets mentioned. The assistance staff at the Airport were amazing, the best I have encountered anywhere. We did the Big Bus Tour but curtailed early due to a misunderstanding and the heat in the high 30s. I finish by thanking Antonia again at the hotel, without whose intervention, our short break to Vienna would have been very difficult. 5 stars to this lady.

The room and furniture was very old and room had old furniture smell all over. The room was not very clean and we found roaches in the room. Disappointed with our stay.

Nice budget hotel, about 10 mins walk from train station. Room was clean enough though stains on the carpet. Bathroom was clean. Bottled water provided for 1 of the nights. Got breakfast at extra cost, decent variety of food. Area was quiet, staying over easter bank holiday meant most shops were closed, struggled to find somewhere to eat, food provided by take away then service station. Staff were helpful with any questions we had.

We arrived at about 11.30 at night and there is just a fridge to get cold drinks I managed to get the receptionist to agree to buying two coffees from the breakfast machine. so if you are hungry you will be stuck till morning. The room was clean and spacious and comfortable, we booked a studio which is a little waste of time as there are no pots or pans or microwave and even though we had a fridge the cleaner would unplug it everyday. The breakfast is basic and depending on the time you go they run out of orange juice bread and milk in the machines. There should be more staff on hand. Otherthan that it is a inexpensive hotel handy as it is only a couple of stops to the city on the underground. There is a supermarket and a chemist next door.

It was a clean hotel from what you can see when you enter the lobby, it’s seems as though they care more about the cleanliness of the lobby than the rooms. As we walked into our room we instantly noticed a dead big smeared on the wall, curtains falling off, and marks all over the walls and carpet. I did appreciate a clean bathroom since that’s hard to come by but other than that the beds/pillows were extremely uncomfortable. It lacked certain amenities that are typically in hotel rooms.

Claimed they don't work with Hotels.com
Booked through Hotels.com and the receptionist at night said they couldn't find my booking so I would have to book again but it will be sorted and refunded in the morning. Went down in the morning but a new receptionist claimed they don't even work with Hotels.com, odd. I have now spoken to hotels.com and my refund will be processed but I believe they said they didn't find my booking so they can charge me more for the room. Toilet had an odd smell. No ventilation in the room. Walls dirty. Beds are OK but that's about it, shady hotel, I would avoid.

The hotel let us check in a few hours early, but the actual check in process (entering our passport info, etc.) took a long time. The room itself felt a little run down, but was comfortable. Not very close to the center or Vienna, but easily accessible by U-Bahn.

Wonderful staff and location; excellent facilities. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy if a tour group comes. That said, when I complained about a noisy group, the management took immediate action and the problem did not recur.
