The room was huge, clean and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the old lift and big windows. You can hear the tram which passes the end of the road and if you happen to be unlucky with noisy neighbours, you can hear very easily through to the next room. Really good location, close to main attractions and great transport links. Quieter area of the city as slightly away from the main bustle.

The location was good,just off the Ringstraß. However the fact that the hotel desk was not manned all the time was to say the least quaint in the 21st century. Plus there is a fair bit of building works going on nearby mainly to do with the Metro

We not able to get in the hotel because door was closed. No body answer the phone what was provided on the entry of the door and we have to go to get another hotel to be get sleep not on the street.

Hello!The reception desk is open from 07:00 a.m. until 06.00 p.m. Should the guest come later than 06:00 p.m. he has to inform us. We have a key safe and we doposit the room key into this safe. You can take this information from your booking confirmation after booking. We have not received any information from you about a late arrival.As well there is a telephone number affixed on the entrence door for late check-in. We have a night concierge and he is everytime in the hotel.You also didnt call this number and we didnt have any missing calls on our telephone list.

This modest hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance to most sites in Vienna including Hofburg Palace, museums and Opera House. Palais Auersberg, one of the beautiful concert sites, is 5 min walk from the hotel. It is nice and clean, great value for the money!

Comfortable place, quiet, great breakfast, friendly staff (especially the cheery desk clerk there in the morning), good location for walkers. There are also a couple small grocery stores nearby and an excellent restaurant, Marienhof, about a block away.

Room was very small but clean and quiet. Tiny little elevator/lift that was quite old but super cute and functional (if a bit old smelling). Breakfast was a standard European breakfast but it was tasty and lots to choose from. Place seemed to be rather full but we rarely heard anyone in the hallways nor much noise from outside which was nice. We were there on Christmas eve and Christmas day and thankfully the city was bustling so there were things to do and places to eat. Very close to christmas markets and public transportation which was a godsend. would probably stay here again for the price and location.

This Hotel was close to a very large Christmas Market. The breakfast offered was nice. There was various cheeses and meats and some fruits. The room was a bit chilly for my taste and I was unable to regulate the heat.

Clean and basic hotel not far away from the center
This hotel which located close to the center, is very clean, traditional breakfast is esthetically served, staff are helpful and polite. However, amenities are basic and plain except for the antique designed elevator and dining room. To sum it up, reasonable price for basic hotel close to the center.

Hotel Graf Stadion refused to provide a refund despite the fact that we could not travel due to the COVID crisis. Their credit offer is useless since it is likely to expire before an effective COVID vaccine is available. We had air and hotel reservations for numerous destinations that provided full refunds because of this unexpected pandemic. Hotel Graf policy does not provide good will and understanding which is deeply disappointing. I would not book there as a form of protest for their lack of empathy when everyone is suffering

The hotel is excellent value for money. The character of the building (dating from 1834) and its location close to the main sights are huge plus points. It's an easy walk to the old town - in under 20 minutes - and many other interesting places are about the same distance away. The staff are very friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast is great with more than enough choice. I loved staying at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to choose it in the future. It is one of the best hotels in this price range that I have ever stayed in. All in all, fantastic, and the quirky lift is another whole experience. You'll love it! Thank you for helping to make my first visit to Vienna so memorable.

Close to main town hall
Small hotel in good location, close to Xmas markets and only a 30 min walk to the main shops in city, nice restaurants close by. Hotel for twin rooms is a small typical European room. Tea and coffee facilities but tea and coffee not provided in room. Breakfast was good.

Good "no frills" hotel just minutes from Rathaus.
We wanted to stay somewhere as close to the City Centre as possible which was reasonably priced and got good reviews. The man on Reception was excellent. Friendly and informative. Breakfast was ok..didn't go hungry but would have liked a bigger selection. Room was clean but small. Fine for our 3 night stay. Would recommend.

Central, comfortable and affordable
Great location, very central so easy to get to everywhere on foot. Up a side street so very quiet. The room was basic but comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast catered for every taste and the coffee was delicious. The decor is a bit tired but the lift was gorgeous!

We loved the lift!!!
Amazing service, lovely breakfast, great location near City Hall but very quiet. But the best thing about this hotel is the original 1913 lift. It is awesome!!!
