Everything super clean and organized, location is great, not so center but just minutes away of the tram. I highly recommend it and will stay again next time!
Perfect stay and with the balcony view it made morning breakfasts more enjoyable.
Good staff, but wish they had a more formal process for luggage storage.
A bit of a journey from the town centre but that does make it Much quieter
10 minute walk to city if you don't have tram tickets. Generally the location worked well for our weekend in Vienna. Staff very helpfull. Clean warm hotel and great breakfast to help to give each day a good start.
They turned off the air conditioner since September. The room was very hot. We decided to open the windows at night but there were noises in the street all night long. There's also a construction happening right in front of the hotel. Very early in the morning the construction workers start with the noises. The bathroom has mold all over. The hand soap was totally empty, they gave us some samples to use so they could "replace it" next day but it never happened. One of the days they even turned the water off because they had something going on. I do NOT recommend this hotel at all.
Very nice 3 nights stay. Close to the City center, easy to access local shops, bars and transport. Relaxing atmosphere and high level of service from all members of staff. Separate big thanks to the barmen Ruslan, who was very professional, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel

I was upgraded to a balcony room, but overall quality of the room would not be what I expected from a 4-star hotel.
Nice place to stay in vienna. Fairly central, close to liechtenstein park which is lovely. Bar open late, tables outside at back. Breakfast really good. Fresh fruit, cold meats, good choice of coffee. Would recommend
A friend and I were there for a short break. I was attending a wedding in the countryside and my friend was in Vienna for the first time. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet road in a good part of the city a d was as comfortable as we needed. Sorry not to have had longer there.
This hotel was just perfect thanks. The staff were great 😊 especially the receptionist early Friday evening he was very helpful.
The rooms were lovely and it was very peaceful
The good: Checkin/out was easy and the elevator had a nice light up ceiling. The bad: most uncomfortable mattress (springs), pillows seemed homemade with cotton balls, dated room stank upon arrival. The duvet covers were clean but not closed properly so you can see the stained/discolored duvet within, which is the only bedding provided. The shower took HOURS to drain just 2-3 inches of water so you had the stand in it for your whole shower. You get to choose between using a/c which sounds like crickets screaming OR go without and be over heated and hear everything from the other rooms/hallway noise. Construction right across the street and noise early and late. Even for a very tired traveler this place is not worth it.
Seems like the property has not had an upgrade since the 1970's. The carpet is old and stinks. The beds do not come to your knees. You sleep on a boxspring and an old mattress very low off the floor. Never did they once change the sheets unless we asked. No microwave in the room. There was no iron for clothing or an ironing board. When they removed the trash they would leave some inadvertently. Breakfast was provided for an additional $14 Euros but was not worth the money. Went to bakery shops around the corner with a better selection for less money. The blackout curtains had multiple spots which allowed light to come through. The beds were 2 twin beds pushed together to make one with a seam in the middle that one would fall into. The pillows are clumps of cotton zipped within a pillowcase and terribly uncomfortable.
the stay was great. room was clean and comfy. Staff was super friendly. Location was awesome. We walked to Old Towne Square in 5-7 minutes and cafes & restaurants very just around the corner.
Elevators are between floors so you always have a small flight of stairs but didn't bother me.
Conveniently located for getting into central Vienna for main attractions with transport links a short walk away. Quiet and safe area. Food and drink options also within walking distance.
