Great accommodation for a little price
for the price this is a great accommodation , just 15 min by walk from the rail station Vienna Mitte. The bed is ok but can be improved easily The room was great with a small living room but there is definitely a miss of light for the night time. The bathroom is ok with bathtub The breakfast was perfect and enough as needed , you can even make your own waffle I recommend it for the price

Bit of a disaster
This is not a boutique hotel and the information on the website is incorrect . My bathroom was more 70’s no toiletries as such and a hairdryer that was antiquated . The extreme wearier conditionsor lack of air con was exacerbated by as a lone female traveller I was on the ground floor!

We had a good stay at the hotel, the breakfasts were excellent. I liked the free coffee downstairs, we used to have a cuppa when we returned from sightseeing. The bedroom was rather hot however even with the fan plus there was some red dust on the windowsill from workmen working outside. Apart from that the room was very clean, spacious, good sized comfortable bed.

Great Boutique Hotel
Great spot close to the city, trams at the end of the road, Pratsten station goes directly to the airport for 2.40 euros and it has two underground lines. Great breakfast and the rooms were nice with a decent TV and fast internet. Great price for its location in relation to the city centre.

The Hotel was well located at 2 metro stops from the main central platz. The room was clean and big enough. The hotel staff and receptionist were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good. The only thing the hotel needs is some fresh renovation for the interiors

The lady who checked us in was very nice. She joked around with us and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The room was a good size and in very good condition. Our only issue was that it was quite warm, but it was an unusually hot time in Vienna, and they did provide a little fan which helped a lot. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Very good hotel in a nice area
I often travel to Vienna for business and have stayed at this hotel many times. This comfortable hotel is located in a very nice part of Vienna and it offers a very good breakfast buffet. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is very professional. My room also included a cellular phone that I could use free of charge during my stay. I will not hesitate to return to this hotel the next time I am in Vienna.

Wonderful and happy and efficient lady overseeing a great breakfast. Appreciated the availability of tea, coffee and hot chocolate during the day and evening. Good sized room and bathroom. Very pleasant stay.

Nine Night!
My husband and I stayed for 9 nights at this reasonably priced hotel that include a breakfast buffet each morning. It's location, 2 blocks from the Vienna underground and bus system made getting around Vienna easy. The grocery store next door provided food and wine for a light meal in our room when we were too tired after sight seeing to venture out for a meal. Our room had a sofa (which could be made into a bed), easy chair, coffee table, cocktail table, desk and chair, a well as a small refrigerator. There was plenty of lights, as well as windows looking out to a small courtyard. The bathroom, was small and adequate with a shower stall with plenty of hot water available. The breakfast buffet had a large selection, and their coffee service machine offered 10 choices, designed to please everyone. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed chatting. They provided us with language help and arranged for sight seeing tickets when we needed them.

Nice hotel close to main transport links. Slightly hard to find on maps as only a small street but worth the effort. Walkable to both the inner city and also up to the Danube. Look about into the network of streets around to find extra amenities such as supermarkets for day to day necessities when travelling abroad. Plenty of things to do and see in Vienna and a comfortable hotel.

The hotel is fine - lovely breakfast and lovely staff, but the room we were in, in the middle of summer had no air con and just a fan to slowly move the hot air around. Room was over 30 degrees, bathroom would have been pushing 40.

Excellent experience.
It was closer to the station than other reviews mentioned. It is a pleasant place to stay, the area is good to interact with the locals. Our room was very spacious and we felt comfortable and safe at all times.There are supermarkets nearby where you can grab a snack if tired of eating at restaurants all the time. Overall, very happy with everything.

Convenient location, but almost no elevator
Location is convenient. They have elevator, but we can go up to the second floor by elevator. I had to go upstairs to the third floor with heavy luggage. Besides, corridor and room are a little narrow. Bath towel was put near the bed and apart from the Bathroom. I guess bath towel should be put in the bathroom or near it.

The room was alright but with a very soft bed. As I was on a business trip I needed a good internet connection which was not the case. It is fine for a few day holiday but for the price you can get much newer and more central hotels in Vienna. They need to update ! The breakfast was ok but no fresh fruits - except a fruit salad that was served one day after the next.

A pleasant surprise
I wasn't expecting all that much, but this hotel delivered more than that. The room was nice and clean although just a touch tight, the bed was comfortable, etc. The hotel is a typical smaller European-style place, with pleasant common areas. The breakfast was very good, although it was the same fare every day. The neighborhood wasn't bad even though it has a touch of the train station area feel, some sex shops and tattoo parlors, that sort of thing, but not offensive at all. It's very convenient to Pratterstern station and to the metro in general (a metro line at Patterstern takes one directly to Hauptbahnhof station as well), and just north of the Danube canal, so reasonable walking distance to the old center. Really no serious complaints at all, although the window in my first-floor room opened up on the courtyard and so there was breakfast prep noise very early in the morning.

Rundown Hotel Close to Downtown
The hotel is close to public transportation and a few restaurants/grocery stores. The condition of the room was awful. There was mold in the shower and dust everywhere. The furniture was uncomfortable and it was extremely hot because we were put so close to the mechanical room (no AC).

Good location, good price, but a bit of a dump
The hotel is very dated and in need of a serious upgrade or refresh. The toilet was quite dismal, with mold in some places. The wifi was unstable and unusable at times. And there were silverfish running about the carpet during the evenings. While this is a very cheap hotel for Vienna, don't be fooled by the decent looking lobby, because the rooms are definitely not of the same standard.

I stayed several short times in Jan/Feb 2016 while using Vienna as a hub for travel in the region. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The breakfast is very good for a smaller hotel and seemed more flexible in hours than they needed to be and that is appreciated. My only complaint is that the WiFi connection, otherwise fast and good, would frequently, seemingly randomly, drop the connection and require sign in again to restore connection. I have never encountered that before in a hotel and don't know why they have their WiFi set to do that -it could be quite frustrating. Hopefully they can rectify that.
