The staff ignored my requests twice and messed up my breakfast reservation.
First, after staying one night, I found that the room had not been cleaned. The front staff mentioned they only clean rooms and change towels upon request, which was information they hadn't provided at check-in. I was surprised and requested that my room be cleaned for the remaining two days of my stay. Surprisingly, they DID NOT clean it the next day. I asked the front desk again to ensure the room would be cleaned the following day. Guess what? They DID NOT clean it that day either. I was shocked that such simple requests were ignored twice.
Second, after noticing my room wasn't cleaned and towels needed changing, I asked a staff member to bring new towels. He said "right away," but 20 minutes passed and they never arrived. I was very tired after a long day, so I called the front desk again. This time, the staff member immediately came to my room with new towels. I had to ask twice for a basic task as well.
Finally, they attempted to charge me for breakfast even though it was included in my reservation. When I arrived at the breakfast restaurant, they asked for my room number, but it wasn't on their list. The staff member checked in the back and informed me I had to pay. After I showed my reservation details on my phone, she checked again and confirmed I didn't need to pay. What exactly were they checking the first time?
I had the worst experience at this hotel. It is absolutely not recommended.
