After Check in the lights were not working and Even the Heater.

I was never able to have direct communication with the person in charge, which made the arrival difficult. Because of that, I made the mistake of doing the process twice, lost money, etc. Additionally, the cleaning of common areas is terrible. The house is always far from the central or common areas of Vienna. It seemed very expensive for 2 nights!

When we arrived the room we reserved was inaccessible and then we were moved to a room not compatible with our group size. The entire villa was freezing, such that we could see our breath when we breathed. There were lights out and the fridge smelled rancid. The bathrooms were dirty and there were derogatory political stickers on the door.

Pésima estancia. Asqueroso el cuarto y el baño.

Pésimo lugar. Baño compartido, asqueroso. El cuarto y el baño estaban asquerosos, sucios, daban asco. No me vuelvo a quedar jamás y no lo recomiendo.
